Unless EJ is going to be willing to waive his NMC at the expansion draft i don't see us going after a D man. We won't be protecting anyone over Makar and Girard. I was thinking the players you've traded for Skjei are going to be used to bring in a top line winger.

I think it would be more beneficial to the avs to go after second liners and a goalie in free agency. They have star players, and star defensemen coming up.

Why is everyone so high on Taylor Hall? No way does he deserve 11M at max term. Only 1 full 82 game season, 1 season breaking 90pts and the rest is not considered elite/star status. Whoever gives him a big pay day will regret it. Certainly will not be Joe.
