Hahaha that’s not nice. I haven’t watch Bouchard play. Is he Makar good or who would you compare him to.

His skating will keep him from reaching Makar-levels of untouchability, but every pro-scouting service, analyst, TSN member, you name it has him projected to be the #1RD in Edmonton for ages. Considering Edmonton has not had that good of a puck-moving defender since I was born (the combination of Schultz+Petry comes close, but still misses) , they literally will not trade him unless it saves the world from an alien invasion.

I wouldn't compare any modern defender to Coffee tbh. Dahlin might have that opportunity, but Buffalo would need to develop and insulate him properly for him to even get remotely close to it.

Letang when he was in his prime is probably a good comparable, I'm just praying Bouchard stays healthier throughout his career.
