Obviously i HIGHLY doubt this will happen, there's probably 29 other cities Hall would rather go to than Edmonton, but if they do somehow manage to land him do they now win the Hall for Larson trade... Neither team did anything in between the time the trade was made and now, and now Edmonton has both the pieces from the trade, i mean obv NJD got the better player, but since they weren't able to keep him, was giving up Larson worth it for three or four years of Hall where you did nothing with him anyway

12 million, lol your crazy if you pay that guy 12 million. yeah I like him to but that mvp season is still the anomaly in his career. is he panarin I dont think so but I hope he isn't zack parise 2.0, hes somewhere in the middle

Much rather get two 6M top 6 wingers then 1 Hall whom may or may not make it through a season without a major injury

I dont think you can say you win for resigning a guy you moved 5 years ago. I would say if anyone lost its Edmonton for not capitalizing the best with their asset. nj traded up from Larson to hall. Its all speculation now but where else and for what could you have moved him for.
