TOR defense sucks. All it does is hamper their forward lines.

I like Reilly but I do agree they don’t have a great defense. I really like dumo. I think he’s one of the most underrated players in the NHL. I haven’t seen enough of Marino to agree with that. Not saying I disagree I just don’t watch too many penguin games. Before the season I was interested to see in Pettersson would excel or decline but he looks comfortable. Playing with Schultz doesn’t hurt. What a terrible trade (oilers). I’m hoping penguins can resign him for 6-6.5. Im not a penguins but love the rivalry. It’s good for the game.

Tavares... not a leaf hater. But the hype made me dislike this team a lot. Between drama and glorifying players I might hate them.

Dont agree with these lines tbh, play to players strengths and chemisty.

Guentz - Sid - Matthews (Matthews replaces Simon and will be the finisher on this line while Sid and Guentz do the dirty work and get him the puck)
Malkin - Tavares - Marner (the creativity on this line would be insane)
Galy - Nylander - Hornq (Galy and Nylander makes pretty plays while Hornq cleans up the dirty goals out front, as well as covers for the other two on defence)
Rust/Johansson - Kerfoot - Kap (solid possession line who will chip in on offence aswell and be responsible defensively)


Dumo - Tanger (Top 5 pairing in the league... no further comment necessary)
Reilly - Schultz (crazy outlet pass, pretty dominant line will be in offensive zone the entire time)
Muzzin - Barrie (truthfully think Barrie is overrated whenever i watch him, but Leafs fans will be mad if I leave him out)

Murray - Andersen (pretty interchangeable roughly same stats but Murray has been better this year and has playoff success)
