If Virtanen was on the table what would you offer for him? I'm looking for either a B+ level D prospect (Who is exempt from the expansion draft) sort of like the Jokiharju for Nylander swap or a high pick and a Big and Gritty Left Wing prospect such as Ratciffe, Bellows, ETC. Offer away!

flames would probably offer jankowski one for one but if that isnt enough than flames might throw in a 5th to 6th round pick

Greenway has more trade value than Virtanen IMO. There are a lot of concerns about Virtanen’s off ice work ethic! Apparently he came to camp out of shape this year...not good! While Greenway isn’t a perfect player, by all accounts, his character is impeccable! It would have to be Greenway for Virtanen and a 2020 2nd for me to even think about it. And this is from a guy who has “traded” for Virtanen several times on here.
Orrrr...there’s always Ryan Donato for Virtanen straight up...

Virt isn't going anywhere.... cam neeley effect and bertuzzi both took time to develope. Even kassian... canucks have experience dealing with power forwards. Virtanen at 26 years old is going to be a beast
