Terry is one of if not the best prospect on the Ducks besides Zegras. Ducks most likely won’t make playoffs this year so the first will be valuable, Isaac Lundestrom is as well a high prospect in the Ducks area, and Larsson is a solid d-man. The only thing the Ducks would probably give up plus that would be Sprong or maybe Kase

Hard pass. Starts with Rakell, 1st & prospect, and you're adding from there.. Especially if you're taking two proven nhl players, one of them being the best player the Rangers have.

How is he off limits???

His first 2 games: 4G - 4A and +6
His last 7 games: 0G - 3A and -6

The reason he got traded out of OTT was because of his inconsistency.

The reason he got traded out of Ottawa is because their owner is a cheap POS. Zibanejad isn't getting traded, especially for that **** package

You’re taking a 1C that would still be 1C in your team, and Brady s who would be top pair/ top 4 for y’all. Terry is great, lunde is good, Larsson...eeeehh, and with this trade their pick is no longer a good pick as this mkes the ducks really good. Z would be your best Center. I’d say ny declines this

LMAO. So we are just going to ignore the fact you have Panarin on your team then?

You don't think Melnyk got rid of Zibanejad because he didn't wanted to fork over 5.3M? Huh?

Want to try something else? or is that all you got?

Yeah, it's a nice contract.

But i can't see NY keeping him for the next 3 years, and I definitely can't see them extending him once his contract his up. Especially with all the players coming up.

Why can’t u see that??! He’s the clear 1C of the future and we don’t have anymore prospects except chytil that could compete for that

Mika's NMC kicked in for the next 3 years at the start of this season... There was some talk of trading him last season before it kicked in and instead signing Hayes, but Gorton decided to keep Mika and trade Hayes at the trade deadline last season. I don't see Gorton approaching Mika and asking if he'd waive his NMC. He's basically a Ranger until his contract runs out unless he requests a trade.

Considering that he added a second round pick so he didn't have to pay Brassard's $2 million signing bonus, yes

Lmao Rangers arent trading Zibanejad unless its for an unreal return.... Hes become a bonafide C, a mentor to the younger players and is almost a lock to be the next captain

Did not know about the NMC.

In that case, can't see mika requesting a trade out of NY...

Pretty sure Ottawa was close to the cap in the 2016-2017 season. Things were good back then.

Also, how's that 2nd working out for you? Jonatan Berggren? who? I'd say that worked out.

I saw it for 3 years in Ottawa. He's very skilled, yes. Just extremely inconsistent. It's going to be very hard to win meaningful games with him.

Yes, he had a great individual season.

But it'll take more than 1 season for me to see him as a legitimate #1 Center. Especially after seeing come off 5 straight inconsistent season prior to last year.

he has consistently improved each year since comin to the rangers and . you cant . call his start this season inconsistent. plus the fact that when he was playing his line alone was the only line that did something

Mannnn, he put up 4 points on the Sens (one of the worst team in the league) and Winnipeg (who lost 1/2 their D core). He hasn't done much since. That's exactly how I remember him. His 11 points in 9 games is very misleading.
