Unfortunately, Russells no move clause prevents that. And I think Tippet will prefer Russell cause he’s a lefty.

I think the Oilers should re-sign Larsson. Having Klefbom, Nurse and Larsson for your top 3 would be killer. Especially with guys like Bear and Bouchard coming up. He'd probably want long term though I am assuming.

I agree! Johnsson would be a better return instead of Kapanen.

I would have said "hurt" but Bear has been so good that now I think Larsson is expendable. Would love to get a fast player like Kapanen to play on McDavid's wing.
