Both are rebuilding teams, neither will give up their high picks for these players

Ottawa has 2 in the 1st and 2 in the 2nd. They can afford to give up two to receive two players with value.

Jersey has the capability to be a playoff team if they receive a #1 goalie (Lehner).. They have the players, but Blackwood and Schneider have let them down significantly this season. This on top of the fact they get rid of Schneiders contract.
