Any word on Bourque? I assume a minor injury that was suffered last game...also have you heard what the d pairings will look like yet? Poolman's back I assume.

He's not practicing and I'm guessing he's out for tomorrow since they called Luoto up.

Those are the D pairings at practice today with Bitetto-Sbisa as the 4th pair in the rotation. Looks like Poolman will be good to go.

It’s Jomo-Poolman yeah? I think we’re just a Niku away from a healthy d-corps, should start looking good soon.

Also I’m interested to see Wheels play centre again, he’s gonna have to change his playstyle which honestly may not be a horrible thing since he’s not exactly been lighting it up.

I think I can deal with CSL EWR for the short term, just don’t know if Wheels can fully transition to centre if Little is forced to retire. I guess the easy switch would be to have Roslovic play centre, but I don’t know if Pomo would do that. Hopefully he would.

Honestly at this point someone will trip over their own foot and break every bone in their body tomorrow, so who knows what the lines longish-term will be.

But in all seriousness, agree. Copp would be great too but I think PoMo won't want to split the 9-17 tandem

Somehow Frenchie is still healthy, idk how he’s managed that

Why is Poolman in at all? I think he's been Winnipeg's worst d-man.

Completely disagree, he has been solid. Nothing flashy but good. Also the other options for #1 RHD are worse, except Pionk but putting Morrissey and Pionk together would basically means Jets have 1 D pair..

He doesn't bring anything offensively, doesn't excel on special teams, and is not a big enough physical presence out there. I think Heinola and Niku should be in the lineup and they didn't need to pick up all these depth defensemen.

So Poolman isn't big or physical enough but they should recall both Niku and Heinola?? lol

I can't take you and your lack of reading comprehension seriously. I said Poolman doesn't provide any of the aforementioned things, not that Heinola and Niku are bigger and more physical.
