Oilers cant spend another 4 million on a goalie. And neither of those guys is going to get you our 1st round pick in a very strong draft

oilers are probably looking to be real contenders, and markstrom is one of the better starting goalies in the league. I'd have him around the top 10 tbh

JV is just a little bit of added value for the third round pick

but yeah. hypothetical

looking to be contenders =/= contenders

I think management would potentially be looking to get those extra pieces, and try to make a push.

I think they at least squeak in as a WC spot, but who's gonna take their spot in the pacific?

the entire pacific is wide open. vancouver, vegas, edmonton, calgary, anaheim, arizona are all /somewhat/ even tbh

Why would the Oilers want another starting goalie? They have 2 already.
