LOL Johnsson alone can fetch much more than Tanev. Tanevs value is very low on trade market.

The Ceci haters are out in full force. I've watched every Leafs game so far and Ceci has not been worse than any other Leafs D.

Actually I haven't minded his play all that much and on top of that, he seems to be getting better with each game.

I personally thought hed be doing better than he is so far but then again the team in general is doing worse then it did last year so we cant be too harsh on him. I mean even Barrie is dogging it.

I still think there is a stigma against him coming over from his Sens days that wont be shaken unless he absolutely kills it this year.

The guy keeps getting placed in a role as a top tier defender when he shouldnt be. Ceci is an excellent 4-5-6 dman. Not a top 3.

Yeah but so far has he been any worse than any of the other D? Imo the answer is no.
If you take into account that he's on a new team, he needs time to get adjusted to playing with Rielly.

Let's see how Ceci is at the 30 game mark. Regardless, no need to rag on Ceci so far.

Could likely score bit more for Johnsson, but the targets are good.
Ceci&Tanev are similar, Ceci more sturdy.
