I think DeSmith is a strong possibility. Not much else out there for the Leafs.

TOR needs to decide quickly just how badly they need competent backup goaltending. They can up their offer in order to get PIT to retain salary.

I agree Detroit isn't giving up Hronek. But they would want Sandin and not Kapanen. (I know that won't happen)
