Does it even matter? Last weekend someone predicted Caufield will get 100 goals a season. If that's the case you could put him out there with Happy Gilmore and Doug Glatt and it wouldn't matter.

Firstly Kreider fits perfectly into the habs and CJ's style of play and Bergevin has already tried to see what the asking price was for him when he was on the block. We would be lucky to have him. Yeah his contact is overpaying him but look at last year with Andres Lee, that's what it takes to sign a top forward.
Second of all, I signed Mete to a bridge contract of 3M which is very reasonable, especially considering how he's been on our top pairing for the better part of 2 years.
Third, if you watch the habs, you'd know that we don't have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd line. We spread the talent and have 3 solid lines. So even tho you see P.D. on the third line, that doesn't mean he's our 3rd centre. If one thing is certain, Danault will always be the C against the other team's top line. Same **** with Gallagher.

The only thing that is laughable is you trying act like you know ur **** lmao

oh and tell me buddy where would you put byron?

Mtl wont sign Kreider maybe 1 year 10M so Price can knock him out
Mete will sign ~2M on a bridge deal, sign him ~3.75M on a 6-7 year deal then
Tatar-Danault-Gallagher will be the 1st line because they play more minutes then any of the other lines.
