Heiskanen should be added.

Hischier, Tkachuk and Svechnikov should be higher in the lineup, Mittlestad should definitely be lower.

Pettersson at center over Hughes.

Probably take Dobson over Liljegren and Kakko over Necas on RW.

missing a lot of good ELC's :
Barzal, Dubois, Keller, DeBrusk, Hintz, Lindblom, Blais, Cirelli and Kakko are all better than Zadina, Andersson and Yamamoto

Heiskanen, Chabot, Girard, Jokiharju, Cernak, Sergachev, Dunn, Brannstrom, Fabbro, Dobson, Fox and DeAngelo are all better than Harpur, Bean, Wilde and Liljegren (you really must be a leafs fan to throw Harpur there....)

My ELC's team would look like that:
Pettersson - Barzal - Svechnikov
Hintz - Dubois - Debrincat
Tkachuk - Hischier - Keller
Lindblom - Cirelli - DeBrusk extra forwards : Hughes, Kakko

Dahlin - Makar
Chabot - Cernak
