If we're trading Ondrej Kase, it's only for Jeff Petry. Forwards we got.

I can live with Rakell, Henrique, Silfverberg, Kase, Steel, Comtois and an aging but still effective Getzlaf, plus Lundestrom, Groulx, Zegras and Tracey in the pipeline, and you pansies would love to have Ritchie or Jones in your lineup.

Maybe, maybe not, but I'd stay away from a guy going to his fourth team.

But he would have been your best forward last season and he would be tie for the leads this year. I mean tatar is a underrated player. How many player on the duck have 5 consecutive 20 goal season. How many is there in the league. I mean he is a reliable forward and have proven that he can produce on a daily bases in nhl. Right now at this moment he is a better player then kase. That the reality. He have more goal, more assists he get point on the powerplay and he’s been reliable defensively he is very active in puck retrieve. Does kase be better next few season there possibilities for sure but right now tatar have a bigger impact.
As for the duck they will likely miss the olayoff this year so trading kase for tatar is pointless.

Based on some of the analytics I’ve seen their similar players. Both very good offensively although Tatar this year is awful defensively and Kase is solid defensively. Evaluating players based solely on points is funny tho.

And where have you get your number on tatar to saybthat is awful defensively. He been playing in a shutdown line with danault and gallagher for a year now and is analytics number are pretty good. Kase corsi is 8.8% with much 60% off the time started in offensive zone tatar is 5,6% with 51% started in offensive zone. You clearly hasn’t check any stats because you would have shut it. Tatar is better right now at this moment. He’s been more productive, reliable defensively and thats it. This isn’t a crack at kase he is a very good players but he isnt as good as tatar at the moment. Tatar always been defensive reliable he use to play with datsyuk in detroit in a shutdown role.

Nhl is a league of result. Kase could be the best defensive forward in the game That would make him better then a guys who produced 20+goal and around 50 point a season.

That being said i like kase and i think he can be a good players in that league. He’s doesn’t get point on every goal but he deserve credit for a lot off them for is hard work and poise in is game.

How can he have a negative goal against by 60 minute with a positive ratio? This doesn’t work buddy.

You can’t even be in the minus in that specific stats. This is supposed to be a positive number. Because actually if he was at -2 that would been said that he is never on ice for goal against is team.

If you don’t want to read the chart then I can help you. His xGA/60 is very poor this season.

This isn’t even a real statistic. When you found s true thing against tatar defense i will listen but not you just making stuff up. He can’t have a negative goal against like i said it’s impossible.

if Tatars xGA/60 is -2 he would be the best defensive player of all time. what this dummy is suggesting (just doesnt know it because hes a dummy) is that Tatar is -2 standard deviations from the average xGA/60, which is in fact quite poor, but his xGF more than makes up for it because his xG% is 55.52% so it doesn't really matter. Kase's xGA is better but his xGF is much worse so his xG% 49.85.

Tatar is better.

Lol tough guy behind a keyboard says that Tatar’s xGA/60 is -2 like I said. Good job. I’ve already established that.
