With Edler already there and Hughes showing just how good he is all around Barries skillset isnt really a fit in Vancouver tbh. Overall the value is decent though, obviously depending on Juolevi's progression.



Ceci does take a lot more criticism then he should tbh, but yeah hes probably not going anywhere. Realistically he would probably fit best paired with Muzzin but a Barrie - Rielly pairing just probably wont work so Ceci is forced to play with Rielly instead and has a lot more pressure put on to him

Personally I am not at all a fan of this proposal. I think Barrie will turn things around and probably really turn things up in the second half of the season. I think Kapanen can get us a better return than Stretcher and I don't see the point of adding Joulevi, Sandin is much better so getting him to be a bottom pair guy seems like a waste of assets.

Barrie an extension? He's horrible. Every game he plays he's losing money on any future contract. By next April (therefore next July 1st). he might offered a PTO.
