He's carried their first line though, they've played much much much better with him on the top line

Really? I mean yes Jones is ready, but won’t be ahead of Klef or Nurse any time soon, and being a lefty shouldn’t be slotted in on the right too much if it can be avoided (where Larsson, Bear Bouchard and Benning are already well slotted for next year). I think it would be a good use of assets. We need some permanent, fairly cheap secondary scoring.

to me Kase is like Hartman in value
he'll get you a big name for a playoff push

or like Schmaltz he'll get you a top 6 prospect and a reclamation project.

i think JP and a 2nd(or Khara) for Kase would be more then fair for both sides
