Now Tarasenko back in the lineup does make it scary. Kreider is a Center isn’t he so that’s basically a unneeded piece. Much rather add in Kyrou and Kostin to the mix. Kostin played well last night too.

You proved my point. He is a left winger. Also has a big body over 200. Gritty player with skill and can bring a lot to the lineup. He totally fits the Blues system.

Yes I know who a 50 point player is, I’d rather not pay a first and top prospects for half a szn when he won’t be as effective on a new team with nowhere near the same game style as NYR.

I never said he replaces him. You are putting words in my mouth. Slow down and let's start over. He helps with Tarasenko out but that's not the main reason of acquiring him. He is a perfect fit for the Blues system and he will be a very good piece in the playoffs.

Blues have quite a few promising prospects so losing Joshua isn't the end of the world. Blues will most likely go far into the playoffs again so losing out on a 25-31 overall 1st round pick won't hurt. It's worth it.

That's the first I'm hearing of that. It's still early. It's still worth it regardless. Like I said, Blues have plenty prospects that will soon be in the NHL.
