Why would Dallas make a trade like that? Klingberg is the best player in the trade. Barrie extension higher than the Klingberg contract. Barrie is also struggling and Ceci is very little value. Besides, I'd rather keep Oleksiak than adding Ceci to the line-up. Toronto has to add something really interesting to make this work

First Klingberg is like 20 billion times better than Barrie, it isn't even fair, then you expect them to add a very good bottom pairing d man, AND take on Ceci, lmao no

Ceci is the new Jack Johnson. Guy is taking a beating.

I honestly think he's a better defense man than most people want to admit.
He has a lot of the same issues as JJ did last year, he's over paid, and he's being put in bad situations.

My god, they play him on their 1st pairing and he's still given up less 5v5 goals than Barrie.

I'm not going to dwell to much into this. But I will say this. Some team is going to sign him to a reasonable contract next year, they will place him on a 3rd pairing where he belongs, and he's going to look really good there.

Don't blame the player so much people, blame the coaching for putting him in places he doesn't belong because they don't have anyone better to do it.
