Description

Edited; Swap Kap for Johnsson.
A few small changes could make a big difference. First, bring in Keefe and make Babs available. A 3rd round pick I think is the going price. Hopefully Keefe brings back exciting hockey. Get Rielly off the first pairing and PK. Let him concentrate on 5 v 5. Let Muzzin and Barrie carry the big load. Play Mathews more.

Calgary has no use for LW's send Kapanen instead of Johnsson, also gives Bracco a chance to move up in Toronto

No, you can't trade a coach for a pick however, you can receive compensation if you sign someone under contract to another team (Leafs paid a 3rd for signing Lou I believe).
Liked the idea of swapping of Kap for Johnsson. Leaves the top 2 lines untouched and still fits unde the cap with everyone healthy.
Pens have deSmith waiting in the wings are are short of NHL bodies. A 6th is about right for a backup goalie, Petan is just sugar and salary balancing.
