Poile tends to keep his coaches for way too long, but Lavi's reached the end of his effectiveness in NSH. A shakeup could be the best solution for both teams.

I was never a fan of Laviolette and don't think he is the coach needed in Toronto.
Barry Trotz is a better option seeing as defense is an issue here and everywhere Trotz has gone, the first thing that improves with the new team is the defense.
