Domi has prerty well solidified himself as a 1/2 C (wouldn't move him to wing IMO
I think Montreal should trade 1 of Kotki, Poehling, Danault for LD depth (maybe not now but before Danault is pushed down to 3C)

Domi is such an interesting case, and it will be fun to see what he gets as his next contract.

Seems to be an excellent 2 way player, and that contract would be very fair based on his career averages, but if the pucks start going in for him and/or his line mates, and he climbs back up to around that 70-ish point total that he put up last year, the AAV of that contract is going to climb up to somewhere around $7.5-8/season, which will make it hard to go after the Hoffman-type UFA's that are going to be on the market this summer.

Saw something along the lines of Poehling+2nd for Brodin the other day. If it happened somewhere around the draft (assuming that 2nd would be late-ish), and there was an extension agreed upon, that could be a very good deal for both sides.

Domi is playing on the wing right now. Also it makes no sense for Danault to be the habs’ 3C, unless they’re have 2 centers better than him. And if that does happen, it will be a while from now.

Switch Domi & Danault, then the lines are good. (Also probably put Poehling/Hoffman on LW & Caufield/Suzuki on RW).

Domi has not solidified himself as anything after his start this year
