Pretty sure LA says no to that deal. That Leafs deal is horrible for the nucks.

Kings might consider a straight Kovalchuk for Sutter swap, but there's no way they're taking back Eriksson.

The Kings might consider Toffoli for Virtanen and a 2020 2nd, but again, there's no way they're taking back Eriksson in the deal.

If all you want is Toffoli, Kings would probably trade him for a 2020 2nd + a conditional 2021 2nd if he re-signs in Vancouver (i.e. disincentive for Vancouver to re-sign him so he doesn't stay in the division after this season). You wouldn't have to give up a prospect at all.

There's no way Toffoli is getting traded unless there's a 2020 2nd round pick coming back.
