Let's say NHL is 5 stars
AHL is 4 stars
ECHL is 3 stars
LNAH is 2.7 stars
SPHL is 2 stars
FHL is 1 star.
Buffalo gets 3.5 stars, Tampa gets 3.1.
Buffalo is the clear winner of this ECHL for semiAHL player trade.
