What does Matthews have to do with Kane assaulting a cab driver over 15 cents?

So the Blues ask their captain to waive his NTC.... sure

Hasn’t Petro basically indicated he has no wish to uproot his wife and kids and leave St Louis? I could see a team friendly deal result if that’s the case.

Coming from “HATTRICK KANE” Biasy is well with this one.

Byfuglien is way better than Pietrangelo. More physical, better at moving the puck.

Imagine saying he is better when he hasn’t played at all. Chicago biasy. Again Byfuglien couldn’t do half of what Pietrangelo can do. Byfuglien isn’t as fast can’t drive the puck can’t hold the puck in his own zone. He is an offensive liability more than anything’s it’s to good at his job when injured right now.

Injured lmao he isn’t better. So you can honestly take your biased a** and go do something more useful. Byfuglien hasnt played at all this year and it looks like he is retiring. All Chicago Biased kid talking about a St.Louis Defenseman v a Defenseman who won Chicago a cup. Big biased. Kid you don’t know hockey at all. If Byfuglien were better he would have beat Pietrangelo lol.

Pietrangelo is no where near as quick and strong as Buff. He isn't great at moving the puck. What does he do that's so special?

He is quicker, and again Byfuglien is also injured and hasn't played at all this year.

You don't watch him play. Pietrangelo is an outstanding puck mover watch him in playoffs and your golden rec plex hockey benchwarmer.

Yup, he got drunk, acted like an idiot and has apologized and made recompense. People make mistakes, assaulting someone over 15 cents isn't the same thing as what Matthews did. Apart from that, what about the time that a woman was assaulted by Kane and somehow the only evidence was tampered with and ended up at the victims mothers house. That definitely seems legit. A young woman gets slandered and thrown under the bus by a man and his high priced lawyer. Kane is a piece of garbage.

Disorderly conduct isn't the same as assault.

Kane is a trash bag, there are few athletes who have less moral fibre than him. Kane is one of the best american born players to ever lace them up but he's also an absolute piece of crap as a human.

I just can't imagine the Blues who are contenders and Cup champs asking their captain to waive his NTC. Pietrangelo and his contract next summer can be worked out.(or not) And even if Pietrangelo leaves the Blues, so what, UFAs come and go all the time. Actually few big names ever get traded for the fear of walking from Cup contenders. Poor teams yes.

I'm in total agreement with this, but I also don't mind talking about values if things were to change. As long as people understand that there are like 4-5 things that would have to happen before a Pietrangelo trade would ever go down, it can be an interesting discussion to see what people think is fair value. Especially in relation to the never-ending Parayko proposals - it would take about 100 things to happen for him to be moved.

Good teams especially true contenders don't like to weaken their teams for a Cup run, even if it means a UFA leaves the following summer. Parayko/Dunn you think they are untouchable due to their contract term and control. Most teams with deep playoff aspirations like to go with 7 or even 8 NHL capable Dmen. So the Blues even trading a 5th, 6th, 7th Dman for a forward.....Well that forward would have to be really needed. First place Blues, might one of few teams that is happy with what they have.
