  1. 2020 6th round pick (SJS)
OTT
  1. Rask, Victor
Additional Details:
Gotta make basement still. I would settle.for futures.
2.
MIN
  1. Benson, Tyler
  2. Jones, Caleb [RFA Rights]
  3. 2020 2nd round pick (EDM)
Additional Details:
In Zucker, Edmonton gets a legit top 6 winger who can certainly play with RNH to add some diversity to the offense. Donato still has potential, but see him as more a top 9 guy - which Edmonton will have zero off. He is a rather solid starting point.

Wild get Benson, who has top 6 potential and some size to boot. Certainly can make this team starting out in the bottom 6 and moving up the line up. Jones is going to shake out in Edmonton imo, and will get full oppurtunity to realize his top 4 potential.

In short, a deal where the Oilers get additional offense which they need, the Wild get younger, which they need to do.

Draft choice balances things out.
3.
MIN
  1. Bracco, Jeremy [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
Leafs depth at RW doesn't bode well for Bracco..... with Keefe now in chatge or not. Solid prospect with top 6 potential for the Wild.

Pateryn is exactly the sort of RD the Leafs could use, effective, inexpensive (hinting possible extension here) and not songood as to stunt the development of Liligren. Should leave some meat on the bone to look at the UFA market to fill out the blueline.
4.
MIN
  1. Borgström, Henrik [RFA Rights]
  2. Montembeault, Samuel [RFA Rights]
  3. 2020 2nd round pick (FLA)
Additional Details:
In Fiala, Panthers get a solid top 9 foroward who can skate. Think there is still upside to his game not being realized in Minny. Don't see the Cats affording both Hoffman and Dadanov. One of the two are lost.
Fiala fills that void. Brodin gives the Panthers a legit top 4 shut down defenseman.... which I think they need.

Montenbault is a solid back up with some.potential..... key here is he is young. Borgström is a great looking prospect who seems to need a change of scenery...... if the Cats bring in Boyle at this point over him, I am willing to gamble.
FLA
  1. Brodin, Jonas
  2. Fiala, Kevin
Additional Details:
Brodin sign extension before deal

Well from an Oilers perspective I accept, is this trade at the deadline or at the draft

With Pateryn its a good trade - I feel like on this website people are so quick to jump down throats, BUT I don't see Leafs being interested in Pateryn - how much better is he than Holl given he costs 3/4 times as much. Maybe if he can handle top 4 competition than it could happen, but likely Leafs look for a better option.

I got jumped at the last proposal I made (maybe rightfully so), but would Dumba ever be available and if so for what?

Think EDM needs to add on this one. They're getting two valuable assets for B-prospects... I'd imagine players like Yamamoto or Puljujärvi would come to question in a trade like this...

Either or really. Minny should be in full blown rebuild.

Not sure I would list Jones as a B prospect....... but at the same time you maybe right. Depends on how you see Zucker - a guy who throws up 60-70 points or the other guy who throws up 45ish?

Depends on the line he'd play in. Although he could also be a 50 point winger with RNH and Neal.

Your guess is as good as mine, although RNH makes the most sense.
