Certainly Tampa doesn't need Miller and his 3.875m cap hit for two plus years, for sixth/seventh Dman. Who does Kreider replace that makes Tampa that much better?

No to Beleskey. He done.

Kreider would be top 6 in Tampa .. Tiny Tyler Johnson and Joseph go down/away. They really hurting team. Tampa surely needs a 4th "star".

I love the Colin Miller trade. Assuming Shatterkirk has played himself out of Tampa as he has been great this year .. what Sergachev CANT BE .. Tampa D has holes and Miller is WAY more proven than Sergachev or Cal Foote.

Interesting part is Tampa and Buffalo have been talking trades .. did a trade this weekend together .. and play again tonight after week Sweeden timeand 2 games .. lots of get to know time

The Beleskey deal is to save cap for the Kreider and Miller trades

Kreider can help to shore up one of the holes they have. Getting him and moving Palat to 2RW makes the top 6 pretty set. No need to retain on him though. Miller is not needed, cap hit isn't great and Tampa doesn't need the d help right now. Tampa is set on d with Hedman, McD and Coburn on tg be left and Serg, Cernak and Foote on the right next year. A 6/7 depth piece at almost 4 million isn't the answer.

I can imagine the conversation between Julien and Jason.
We have been talking since February, let's make minor trade at least.
Thus a trade a LHD for a RHD.
