Description

Roslovic has looked great in his top 6 role but I still think he's the most likely winger to be traded to address our RHD. He's a hometown kid to Columbus which is an extra sweetner.

Jets give up a top 6 forward and an NHL ready offensive Defenseman in Niku in exchange for a right now upgrade in Savard and a potential top 4 RHD in the future in Peeke.

I also had the teams swap 1st round picks because I felt like the Jets needed more but CBus doesn't have many picks.

Unbelievably bad for the Jets, the defense is fine and the Jets aren't as flush with wingers as so many think, like who replaces Roslovic in the top 6 if he was traded? Just erase this!

Jets are not trading Roslovic, hes staying there.

Not just no but heck no from Columbus. We have no need for another LHD prospect for our top D prospect, and our 2020 1st will be higher then Winnipeg’s 1st will be.

Why? We don’t need yet another 3rd line center though Roslovic will likely be a 2nd line center. Moving Savard for him is fine. The 2020 pick swap is so dumb it’s not even funny. Winnipeg will likely make the playoffs and be a second round team. Columbus won’t even make the playoffs and have a good lottery pick.

Also in terms of need Peeke as a RHD is more important to them then Niku would be as a LHD, we have plenty of those...

So yes has a Left Handed D. Or a LHD, not a RHD..... sorry.... he plays the right side, he’s not right handed. Big deference.

Bad deal for both teams IMO. Jets dont want to give up young talent and team control even though they get a decent haul back. Jets need a top 4 RSD to play 20 plus minutes
