Initial Creation Date: Nov. 27, 2019
Published: Nov. 27, 2019
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
If you decide to rebuild next year, then you might have to trade Gallagher at a rental price but trading him now, you can get a great package for him.

A team who needs a 2C might overpay for Danault.

Keep Tatar and trade him at next year's deadline

KV has been kinda disappointing in the AHL, from what I've heard. Might want to set your sights on another prospect.

Meh. Swap Kulak for Kotkaniemi and you might have a deal. Edmonton would have to send some cap back too.

Gallagher is untouchable. It might be emotional, but Gallagher is retiring a Hab. Fans would litterally riot if he was traded

Lol your actually doing the opposite. Putting zero emotion into it and not giving it a fair assessment. A late first, a struggling prospect playing over seas because he doesn't want to rejoin the team that drafted him and mid range prospect for Gallagher and Kulak is not fair value. Gallagher still has another year at 3.75M.... Kulak is worth a mid pick alone

Its funny all these exaggeration posts come out right after a blow out loss. Habs fans and non Habs fans alike.

Six months ago I saw an article that had Samorukov ahead of Nick Suzuki... is he a mid-range prospect too?

Sam Cosentino at Sportsnet has a lot more knowledge than you do. Just sayin.

Yeah I can tell. Him ranking Samorukov ahead of Suzuki just reinforces that. His 2 points in 16 games is pretty crazy.

How did you think Samorukov was better than Suzuki at any time in his life? I don't care if it was 6 months ago or 5 years ago. For someone who is suppose to know hockey, he obviously has no idea what he is talking about.

Source please if you gonna throw pointless words out on the screen? or would you like to go on record and declare Suzuki isn't a better prospect than Samorukov now and at any time previously?

Yep didn't think so.

If you have a problem with the terminology of a mid range prospect, that's your problem. Is he elite? No. is he top prospect? No. Ok so what would be in between elite and good but just okay and bad?Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm something in between maybe? Kind of like the word MID range? Not elite but not bad either.......

I mean he has 12 points in his first 24 NHL games at the age of 20. He's definitely looking like he could become an Elite prospect.

So 1 person out of a whole group makes one claim based on his opinion that can be tailored to his bias preference and isn't validated by literally any other person in his field is some how proof?

By that same take Samorukov isn't even listed on any one of these guys lists at all while Suzuki is:

-https://thehockeywriters.com/nhl-top-100-prospects-ranking/
-https://lastwordonhockey.com/2019/09/22/2019-nhl-prospects-top-20/

Come on man, your taking a hilariously over hard position on something you at you soul know you don't agree with. because you don't like the term mid range prospect?

Is Samorukov elite? No. Is he a top prospect? No. What ever way you want to classify the remaining tiers is up to you but you know Im not wrong. Taking any other position is saying he is elite and he is a top prospect.....
