Switch Broberg for Marody, Puljujarvi, and Russell and Gorton might consider it. Broberg plus a 2020 1st round pick for Strome and Kreder and half their salary retained.
Strome's worth a 2nd Round Pick and Kreider's worth like a pair of 2nd Round Picks. How the hell do you equate that to Broberg? Or is this another case of looking at Strome's production bender and continuing to overrate Kreider? The Rangers essentially net two 1st Round Picks, a B-prospect, and eat some salary going back for an extra season. I don't understand your justification for why Strome and Kreider should fetch Mark Stone levels of a return. Stop being silly and try again.

There's speculation that Edmonton (and all Canadiens teams for that matter) is on Zucker's 10 team no trade list. If he's traded his family can't move with him since his wife has a child from a previous relationship. If that isn't the case, this isn't a terrible return but I'd like to see more quality if we move on from Zucker (like a 2020 1st)
Jesus that'll for sure throw a wrench in that plan. Thanks for the heads up.
I can't see any team realistically parting with a 1st Round Pick
this year for Zucker. Any real justification for that kind of return is an argument that starts with his term and the chance he produces better outside of Minnesota. I'm fine with moving Yamamoto, a 2nd Round Pick, and up to a 3rd Round Pick, but Edmonton doesn't have the assets to make the NYR trade AND give Minnesota picks for this season.
Given that Zucker can't come to Canada for familial reasons, can you think of another winger (in terms of production and term) that Edmonton could target instead?
