I think that the basic premise of your trade (Petry to the Ducks for youth and futures) deserves more consideration than the first four commenters gave it.
I'm going to assume for purposes of this discussion that Petry is and remains a #1 or #2 pairing RD for the balance of his contract. (Objections to that premise raise an entirely different issue.)
The fact that the Ducks are "rebuilding" doesn't preclude their wanting to reach the playoffs this year. If Anaheim beats Winnipeg at home on Friday, the Kings beat the Sharks in San Jose on Friday, and Vancouver loses its next game (an admittedly unlikely but not impossible parlay), the Ducks would be in third place in the Pacific Division when all 8 teams in the Pacific Division have played exactly 27 games (i.e., one third of the season). My point is that Anaheim is not that far away. Adding Jeff Petry (the sooner the better) would significantly improve Anaheim's chances of getting there. When Josh Manson returns from the IR, the Ducks would have a backcourt of Lindholm-Manson, Fowler-Petry and Larsson/Guhle/Mahura-Gudbranson. It is not unreasonable to think that defense might lift Anaheim to 1.33 points per game over the last 42 (56 pts total), which would guarantee them a spot in the Stanley Cup tourney.
Now let's consider the trade itself. I think Lehkonen and Shore are more or less equals, so the basic structure is Petry for Comtois and the picks. With the signing of Brayden Tracey today, Anaheim has Jones and Tracey competing with Max Comtois for a future top-6 LW position, and Isac Lundestrom can also play LW. So Comtois is not essential to Anaheim's future plans, and there's no assurance he will beat out two of those three players. But the first AND the second seem a little rich for me. I would do Petry alone (Anaheim doesn't need Lehkonen) for Comtois, Shore and the second (could even be this year's) or Comtois and an unconditional 2021 first (and maybe a little bit extra). Finally, I note that although Petry is only signed through 2021, that means he wouldn't have to be protected in the expansion draft.
In short, I think that this is a better trade than the others have given you credit for.
