Come on..... even if both players were identically talented and identically paid and had same term.........They are so different in age. Unless you think aging has no effect on a player for some reason...Your coworker either doesn't understand or is being difficult purposefully.

But as always, some people's opinions aren't backed up by anything. Its just their opinion. We who may know a little more about how things work should probably not pay any attention to these people. Let them have their opinion. If it affects you in anyway, then they subconsciously and inadvertently, trolled you.
