1. Kreider - a 1st and legit prospectt from a playoff team at the dl
2. Fast - brain boyle at a 2nd at the dl last season, maybe the rangers can get the same for fast. probably something like a 3rd and c prospect.
3. Strome - i wouldn't be shocked if he brought back a first at the draft. the team owning his negotiation rights has value. but probably something the rangers got back for grabner a 2nd and a c legit prospect.
4. smith - nothing even with his salary less next season he has no value. he can list 10 teams not to be traded to and ottawa is more than likely on that list.
5. Lundqvist - nmc he isn't being traded. no point speculating.

he has been good but he hasn't been the teams best defenseman. fox is 24 games into his rookie year. by season end there is no doubt he will pass deangelo, if he hasn't already. how many scoring dmen does the team need?

Russian duo > Hank curtain call. Make a 21 team, we need his cap. He's traded to a contender of bought out. Like all goalies, Georgievs flaws were studied and exposed, the usual over the glove. He'll fix it and improve on last years great showing. Why pull a possible Rask?! When was the last time a team had two cost controlled, possible star goalies?? You need experience especially at goalie and Georgiev hasn’t played as well. Might as well sell high on a him and have hank and shest split time. Also for deangelo it def makes sense to trade him and with the way he’s been playing it has to be close to a first coming back

His value is as a backup, maybe a 2nd. Crazy not to polish the apple. ADa is worth a 1st & 2nd. With nobody ready to make the jump next year for the 3rd pair right d spot and wanting to contend by next year, we resign him with no hindering ntc and flip him after next year.
