Contracts aren't quite right, all the big ones are off by probably a million or more, epecially Hronek. He will get much more than $3.25M and it will be a long-term deal. Makes no sense for player or team to sign a bridge. I hope we don't spend that much on Krug, that contract will hurt in the later years, probably when we are competitive anyways. Mantha is slightly overpaid, AA is overpaid by $1M, Bertuzzi is underpaid a bit. Fabbri is underpaid. If we get Byfield, by 2021/22 he will be 1C with Larkin 2C, and Veleno could get pushed to wing, cause he's not a bottom six center. That will probably be Rasmussen, one of the two will be forced to switch to wing if we draft Byfield, and Veleno has the higher ceiling I would say, so make him wing. Either or really though, just depends on how players develop. The problem with predicting this far out is that I can't tell if this roster is now or two years from now, as you say. Add in four prospects and it's our same roster. It's just unrealistic. Overall not bad, but it's hard to predict out this far.

Good insight, just trying to get a feel of what the team looks like in a couple of years. Solid core, up there with COL.
