Kreider isn't enough of an upgrade over Granlund to justify a 1st for us, and Nashville isn't in a position to gamble on a playoff run at the moment. If they were, I'd rather they add to this package and go for Hall. Preds have enough Kreider level talent, but they lack a game breaker with elite talent.

Yeah, Kreider is great and all, but he skill wise he's not above guys like Forsberg, Arvi, Duchene, etc. Hall is, and that's what Nashville lacks right now.

Not enough of an upgrade to warrant the first. Perhaps if you swap granlund for smith?
