Assuming you're a Wild fan, I'm not sure I see the logic in these moves? Downgrade from Brodin to Reilly in the Montreal trade and give away a forward to help Edmonton with their cap issues?

I don't see the point in acquiring Rask for Edmonton. They're potentially looking for a shutdown center, Rask plays very sheltered minutes. And Rask's contract has 2.5 years left on it, not something that the Oilers are willing to take on without retention.

Minnesota would be getting back Struble and a 2nd. I don't think this poster cares much for Reilly in this trade.

If I'm MTL I do that and I don't think MIN can get much better for Brodin. Maybe a little, but not that much.
