laugh laugh Tampa laugh at that offer, Take far more then Gabriel Landeskog+Nikita Zadorov to get Victor Hedman out of Tampa. Try adding either Makar or Byram as starters to even get the conversation started.

I hope you're being sarcastic. That Landeskog trade is lopsided in favour of the Avs. A horrible deal for the Bolts. Don't get me wrong, Landeskog is very good elite player but he's not a Franchise player like Hedman. While Hedman is on a VERY long term good contract. ($7,875,000 until 2026), Landy will soon soon need a higher paycheck.

Hedman is a stud and the better player for sure but I’m more talking about what landy does to make Mackinnon his dominate self, there is value in him being the guy that makes that locker room work and when on the ice how they deploy mackinnon. Landeskog takes draws on Mack’s off hand and covers up defensively for him in a shadow C role, that’s why donskoi is playing with Mack now doing the same thing and before that had kadri even playing wing.

You can’t swap out hall for landy and think it’s going to work bc it won’t, we have seen it before. You need that player In that role for Mack and you don’t blow the teams dynamic for hall

Ok, but currently Makar is the 3rd best defenseman as far as production and it is his first season which means he will only get better. Hedman will probably never get traded. I am simply letting you know how silly your statement of that sort of trade STARTING with Makar like there is some huge gap between the two players skills-wise.
