At least offer up an alternative instead of just crapping on someones idea.

I like the idea trading for a backup as well as getting rid of Ceci (although he is bad but not as bad as some may claim) and adding a competent RD is lovely.
I think it COULD be argued that Georgiev may be over payed in this scenario, i think Jerry's estimated value was close to Marincin, goalie prospect (Scott) and a 3rd, i personaly would prefer Bracco and a 2nd over that package and i think Jerry is considered better among the league,
I do kinda think the Savard trade maybe a bit Leafs sided though, Johnsson= Good top 6 forward. Ceci = cap dump essentially, SDA= mid level/good long term forward prospect and a 4th round pick for Savard may not be enough, then again now that im looking at his numbers he seems to look better defensively than offensively, how much does that affect his value, one year left on his deal after this and hes 29 which isnt terrible but meh
