The only thing I don't like is giving up the 3rd, we need as many top 3 rounds especially in this deep draft as possible. Take that 3rd rounder out going to Carolina and I'm good.

There's not really any incentive in NSH trading one bad deal for another. They'd only save $750k. And from DET's perspective we'd saddle ourselves with a $6 mil deal for 2 extra years. I don't see a fit

Like this trade for the Flyers. Even tho Ghost has been playing great recently they have the depth to make it.

I really like AA's game, but I feel like a 2nd on top of Ghost isn't in PHI's best interest. Sure he hasn't been like himself two years ago, but I think Fletcher takes the chance on him rather than urge to get rid of him.

You’re right, as a cap dump I’d doesn't really make sense for NSH and that ms too much term for Det. One thought I had though, was for both teams to eat salary as I edited above. From Det perspective, they get a far improvement over Nielsen and a guy who has had good chem with Mantha from worlds, and after Nielsen’s contract expires, they get him for a reasonable price. From NSH perspective, they get an immediate cap dump of about $2 mil and 3 mil if they just bury his contract but pay an extra 1.5 for two more seasons.
