I think we do have 3 good "locked lines" with Cirelli stepping up and Tiny Tyler and scrubs filling in other line .. HAVE to have get 2 veterans by TDL or we will continue with Land of Misfit toys for a 3rd line... as far for call ups ONLY thing I can think is Tampa has BRUTAL 4 game stretch starting next week but January is WAY easier and that would be better time for Volkov and ABB .. if not it same ole crap as last years TDL action .. NOTHING

Gourde on the 4th line... Is that normal for Tampa? Is Tampa perhaps missing some role players?

GOURDE is a 4th liner .. the ceiling of his skill set .. dropped there and of last year and most of this year ..he is very good there .. issue is 32M contract when he should be a 3 year 4.5M contract

Why do you think a 4th liner is worth 4.5M? 4th liners get paid no more than 2.5M. Scratching my head here.

He is actually making 5.16. Our GM signed him during the year that would have made him a free agent at the end of the season. That year he had 25 goals and 64 points. He still will score 20 goals plays with energy. Most teams he would be a middle forward. Our GM just overpaid and to add to it has a NTC.

Hey math major .. 4.5M divided by 3 years is 1.5M a year .. typical 4th line rate .. actually more top end
