Rangers most likely decline due to Ceci’s cap hit but not the worst offer.

Wow, these are both reasonable offers - did not see that coming.

Ducks pass. Bracco has no value and Johnsson has minimal value to the Ducks. And Rielly and Liljegren aren’t an upgrade.

Liljegren is a little overkill in the Anaheim deal. Also you’re likely to get roasted by some Leafs fans for even suggesting trading Rielly.

There’s zero chance the ducks take the deal as is. Liljegren doesn’t even get it done. He’s definitely not overkill.

Leafs would definitely be the ones losing this trade as is. Rielly is the best player in the deal and Johnsson would be the Ducks 2nd best winger. Bracco is almost ready prospect with top 6 potential. Thats more than enough for two defensemen who can barely crack 30 points in a season. More I break this trade down the worse it looks for the Leafs

Don't argue with this guy any more. It's a waste of your time (and ours reading it). He has no clue.

Lol you’re funny. Johnsson is a 3 rd line winger on any team. He’s not that good. Nick Ritchie is heads and shoulder better than him. Rielly is the quality offensive D man every team needs but I wouldn’t take him over Lindholm. You would tho because you like giving up goals. Bracco is a 22 yr old who’s yet to even see NHL ice. He has little to now value. Liljegren is a decent prospect but ANA already has to guys in the 21-22 age range that are at the put up or shut up time. Don’t need another one.

Lindholm is the Ducks' best defensive d-man on a defense that is superior to Toronto's. Rielly is below average defensively and his 0.7 ppg av (on a much better offensive team) doesn't exceed Lindholm's 0.6 ppg av significantly when you consider that Lindholm has been below par the entire year and all Rielly has to do to get a decent chance at an assist is get the puck across the centre line. Manson is Anaheim's sole NHL-quality RD and the Ducks aren't trading him for Johnsson and two maybes not named Caufield and Byram.

Lol my bad. I had to look up and make sure Johnsson wasn’t as good as Ritchie and I was right.

Johnsson put up more goals and points in his first full year in the nhl last year than Ritchie ever has. Rielly has better possession rate than both Lindholm and Manson and scored 28 more points than the two of them combined last year. Last time I checked the way to win in hockey is to score more than your opponent. Lot easier to not get scored on when you have the puck.

Except TOR was among the bottom 5-7 in allowing opponents zone time last season.

The amount of back and forth arguments from both sides leads me to believe the deal is pretty close.
An extra 7th round pick should get it done...
