I would love to add granlund - not sure if NSH would trade him though

Granlund would be perfect. Would bring offense and expires at the end of the year.

Would Nashville do a 1st round pick straight up?

If Nashville continues to struggle, they could find themselves being sellers at the trade deadline. Not sure about bellows though, somewhat recent 1st round pick that seems to be struggling in the AHL. I think i'd personally pass on him. Perhaps a 1st straight across?

I would trade bellows and a 2nd.

What is the problem with NSH? They have so much talent

Not quite sure tbh. Things just aren’t clicking. Talent is there but it just doesn’t run like a well oiled machine. I would point towards coaching. Lavi is known for burning out his welcome after a few years and the special teams coaches have struggled over the past season plus. I personally think Nashville needs to retool some and prep for the upcoming expansion draft. Trade one of Ellis, ekholm, or Josi and purge expiring contracts. Try to get younger. We are one of the oldest teams in the nhl and I don’t really see much of the young prospects pushing for a nhl spot over the next year or so

I would change coaches before I trade anyone. Too many players in their prime. NSH in a win now team.

What happened to Tolvanen? I thought he was close

He's been working on his defensive game which has improved dramatically. During that time his offense dropped off pretty dramatically. He's just working to get it all going at the same time. He's got 6 points in his last 5 games in the AHL (3G 3A) so maybe things are beginning to sort of click with him. Makes me think of our prospect Trenin who currently has 26 points in 19 games. This is his 3rd full AHL season and his two prior season high in points was 33 points in 74 games. Something just finally clicked and he's doing great. Tolvanen is only 20. He still has a few years before i worry about him.

That reminds of NYI prospect kieffer bellows. He was close to making the team out of camp for the 18-19 season and he was told not to worry about points and to focus on his defensive game. Well, now I’m starting to get worried because he has 3 goals this season in the AHL and he’s known for his shot lol
