Like it or not, You're stuck with Parise and Suter as neither are waiving their NMC, No way Parise waives for Ottawa. And no reason for Suter to waive for Winnipeg. FWIW Kreider will get more then what you're offering him. And no reason for Backstrom to leave Washington for Minnesota.
