Disclaimer: This is not a serious post (although Im pretty serious with that offer, well.. maybe minus one pick and Raanta, but thats about it..).

He is not going anywhere but here is the price.. if you are willing to pay, done deal. You obviously would counter with like Kessel and Chychrun but no.. thats not even close to enough. 2022 1st is conditional and would turn into nothing if he does not score 55+ goals in each of next two seasons.

IMO, it's more than a fair offer. More of a question does any team want to commit 11.642m to Matthews. Matthews has pretty good stats this year. But I find his overall play..average to good only. Certainly not warranting his salary.
