That's POJ for his UFA rights correct... No way NJD does this otherwise (I'd still accept lol, that's how low I am on POJ) and I doubt anyone except McCann and Lafferty and MAYBE Kahun or Jarry accept those contracts (i think Kahun deserves 3 and Jarry at least two, but goalies are weird)

1st to sign Hall to an 8 year deal he has to be on your team. Free agents can only sign 7 year deals. 2nd Hall will be getting more thann 8 million on his next deal.

I don't know who is paying Hall 11.5 for 8 years.
7 of those years are 30 +

If he gets 11.5 my guess is it's a 5 year deal.
Teams aren't paying pay that out to 35+ players anymore. It just doesn't happen.

Panarin says hello, Got news for you that's the going rate for a premiere LH Forward like Taylor Hall. No they just way overpay Goaltenders like Price and Bobrovski way into their late 30's instead.

I'm glade you point out those two goaltenders, because GMs are learning!
Panarin signed at 28 on a 7 year term.
that puts him at 34 when it ends. That's not that bad if you expect him to play at that level at 33.
People here are talking 8 years at 29. That's out to 36 years old. On a guy with an injury history. Even if he plays decent to 33, you got 3 more years after that.
