The price for the Leafs to move Marleau's 6.25 mil for one year was a first round pick. I wonder how much it would cost to move Seabrook. No way that would be worth it for Chicago, no matter how poorly he plays. Would you do for an entire years worth of draft picks? Two years worth? 3 first rounders?

You can see the sea brook one is of want rather then real seriousness though the Dumba trade is certainly interesting. I would seriously consider it tbh, it would just be the cap hit that we would have to work around but if we moved Maata and Smith and Shaw (maybe) we could well absorb it and still take on Cat, Lehner, Strome and Kubalik new deals.
