It will take a much better package than that crapper to get Knight. He has the potential to be a franchise goalie.

While I don’t disagree, what do you plan on doing with Bob? He’s your goalie for 7 years at $10M. Nobody will want the contract and you don’t want to have Bob as a backup. Goalies take a long time to progress but franchise goalies don’t need 7 years to develop in juniors and AHL or as a back up. I have no clue why Florida took Spencer Knight when Krebs, Newhook, and Caufield we’re still on the board when everyone was linking Bob to Florida.
