Trading a 1st in 2021 is risky given how poorly this team played the start of this season, especially given the lack of top end prospects in the pipeline.

I'd want nothing to do with a guy who's having his 1st good season and there's not enough sample size to suggest it's not a fluke. If anything, they need to unload a top 6 forward between now and next October to make a spot for Kaprizov so bringing in anyone doesn't make sense.

Yeah I don’t really see any reason for the Blues to make that trade. Mitch has a higher upside and I don’t see Hunt cracking the lineup this year and next year Perunovich will probably one spot on the left
