No from LA.

How about Kap, Ceci, Hutch for Martinez and Campbell.

Think that's also pretty bad for LA. Martinez and Campbell are actually worth something, Ceci and Hutch not really... TOR adds a pick, at least.

3 years of Kap are worth more than 2 of Martinez and a backup goalie that is just keeping the seat warm for Peterson.

They flip Ceci to Peg or anyone at the deadline for a 4th or 5th. Hutch just allows Cal to stay in the A for the year and get PT.

But sure Leafs can add a 3rd in 21. I actually had that originally. I just wanted to see the Leafs fans comments as is.

Sure, Kap is worth more. But still think LA could do better than this...

Really? Martinez is worth a 2nd and decent prospect. Campbell a 3rd. You think that is better than Kap?

A prospect, 2nd and 3rd? Prolly yes. I think Kapanen has reached his ceiling as a max 50 point mid-6 winger. I can't see Kappy carrying his own line. So that's about what Kappy is worth.

I agree there but with Kap you have a known commodity and you have him long term. No risk.
