Idk how I feel about it, but it's better than the generic leafs trading Bracco and scraps for basically any d man in the league I see on here all the time

I wouldn't trade Mikheyev when you could sign someone similar to Demers in the summer.

Mikheyev will end up being a 40-50 point rookie (even though he's 24 he still could become a consistent 50+ point player).

And he's going to have to sign a reasonable RFA contract this summer since he has no NHL track record (he'll probably sign for less than Kapanen / Johnsson).

Oh I don't disagree, Mikhy is really good, plus it's his first year in NA, but Fischer will likely sign cheaper next year and also isn't terrible, likely 30+ points depending on linemates and such, has slightly more potential, and Demers can play top 4, I'd put him a decent bit above TvR for a comparison

From watching most of the Leaf games this year:

Mikheyev is better then Kapanen, Johnsson and Kerfoot.

The production of all 4 is similar, but he's better defensively and stronger on the puck and goes to dirtier areas.

Fisher is OK but he's a step below Mikheyev I think.
